MirrorMi:

• Does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or precise location data

3.1 Nature of Face Data

Face data refers to facial features contained within user-uploaded photos that are necessary to analyze facial structure and apply cosmetic effects during the simulation process.

3.2 Purpose of Face Data Processing

Face data is used solely for the following purposes:

• Real-time facial image analysis

• AI-powered cosmetic makeup simulation requested by the user

Face data is not used for:

• User identification

• Biometric authentication

• Advertising or marketing

• Tracking or analytics

• Behavioral profiling

• AI model training or improvement

4. Third-Party AI Processing

MirrorMi uses Google Gemini AI services to perform image analysis and cosmetic simulation.

• User-uploaded photos are transmitted securely to Google Gemini AI for processing

• Google Gemini AI acts strictly as a data processor on behalf of MirrorMi

• MirrorMi does not permit Google to store, reuse, or train AI models using user-uploaded photos

5. Data Storage and Retention

MirrorMi does not store or retain user-uploaded photos or face data.

All face data:

• Exists only temporarily during the active simulation process

• Is processed in transient memory for the purpose of generating the makeup simulation

• Is automatically deleted immediately after the simulation is completed

Face data is never stored indefinitely.

6. Data Sharing

MirrorMi does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties except as strictly necessary to provide core app functionality.

The only third party that may process face data is:

• Google Gemini AI, solely for AI-powered image analysis required for makeup simulation

No advertisers, analytics providers, or other external parties receive face data.

7. Third-Party Data Storage Practices

MirrorMi does not permit third parties to store or retain face data.

Google Gemini AI:

• Processes face data transiently

• Does not store or archive user-uploaded photos

• Does not reuse face data for any secondary purpose

• Does not use face data for AI model training

8. Data Security

MirrorMi implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data during transmission and processing, including secure communication protocols and access controls.

9. Children’s Privacy

MirrorMi is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Users may stop using MirrorMi at any time.

Since MirrorMi does not retain personal data or face data, there is no stored data available for access, correction, or deletion requests.
